Stanford Parish Council Minutes
We partnered with Stanford Parish Council to undertake a project to preserve their historic minute books.
Our grateful thanks go to Councillor Jenny Hollingsbee for awarding us a grant for the project, which meant we were able to take the books to the Kent Archives in Maidstone, who have professionally scanned the four volumes.
The Parish Council has also decided to donate the books to the Archives, where they will be preserved in the ideal environment to maintain them for generations to come.
In the meantime, you are able to view the digital images below, without making the trip to Maidstone. The first volume also contains the minutes of the annual village meetings to 1987.
